ExponentialHER is an institution dedicated to empowering more leaders to embrace nation building through wealth creation by providing professional higher education and certification. ExponentialHER aims to serve career leaders, entrepreneurs or leaders who are looking to make a transition into a new field.
Our goal is to be an institute that provides leaders with the tools and knowledge necessary to take control of their financial future and build lasting wealth, while achieving success in their careers and business ventures as God intended at creation.

Delivery:
All courses are offered online through the ExponentialHER Institute, using an intuitive digital platform that combines course content, performance monitoring, and community engagement.

Enrichment Aspects
Community Engagement Project:
Participants are given a community engagement project for three months that allows them to apply their learning in real-world situations. This offers an opportunity to use their knowledge to address practical challenges while also equipping them with transferable skills for their personal ventures.
Yearly Physical Conference/ Workshop:
It is yet to be implemented. However, the annual conference will provide a valuable networking opportunity and serve as a refresher course, equipping participants with the latest knowledge and skills to grow their personal ventures.
Group Strategy Sessions:
We conduct a thorough audit of each participant’s personal venture, analyzing its positioning and viability, and then develop strategies to enhance its growth and success.
